I will not vote for Noynoy

Everybody’s agog at Ninoy’s decision to run for president, most especially after Mar’s decision to step down and give up his ambition for a man whose last name is more popular than his.
And yet what does Ninoy really have to offer the filipino people? His last name made popular by the role his parents played during Martial law? Is that name really enough and basis alone for Filipino people to put another Aquino in power? A popular sister who as early as now enlisted the help of fellow celebrities for the campaign?
What does Ninoy have to offer? Honesty, integrity, hope and all those yellow ribbons don’t tell us or me anything.
A man should not rely on the popularity of his parents or sister to do the talk for him. He needs to present a solid platform, an action plan that will give us a clear glimpse of how he’ll address known issues in the sectors that matter.
And I wouldn’t vote for a scion of the owners of Hacienda Luisita whose farmers were treated badly, murdered, starved and deprived of their basic rights.
Methinks Ninoy’s candidacy was propelled by the headlines spurred by his Mom’s death. Being a headline driven country people jumped at the idea of Ninoy continuing his parent’s legacy. But the elections being months away, I’m betting a new headline will come up and we’ll all move on to the new toast of the week. Maybe Ninoy’s popularity’s enough, maybe not. All I know is that no way in hell am I voting for Ninoy in the 2010 elections.

Hindi ko rin iboboto si noynoy….
Kasi ginagamit lang naman niya ang mga magulang niya para makuha ang simpatya ng taong baya…
Ang isang leader ay dapat marunong tumayo sa sarili niyang paa… at hindi dumedepende sa ibang tao or sa pamilya niya…
ilang taon ba siyang naging senador… Pero nung senador pa siya… ano bang nagawa niya?Para lang siyang dahon na sumasabay sa ihip ng hangin…Kaya nga wala siyang maipakita sa mga campaing advertisement niya…Ang pinapakita lang niya eh yung pangaganmpaniya nya..Pero wala siyang maipakita na nagawa niya..
Siya kasi ang pinakatahimik na senador nung nakaupo siya…Napansin lang siya nung namatay si Pres.Cory Aquino…
Sabihin na nating hindi siya magnanakaw….Kahit hindi siya magnakaw… eh kung wala naman siyang alam….Magiging puppet lang siya ng mga taong nakapaligid sa kaniya…
Hindi naman laging.. kung ano ang puno siya irn ang bunga…
