It wasn’t till I started working for a Business Process Outsourcing Company that I encountered these big and strange looking phones that utilizes the VOIP technology.
Ours at the office is called Avaya and we have a love-hate relationship. Sometimes the avaya brings in good calls (meaning professional clients with very basic hosting issues) but there are times when I feel like tearing the whole machine apart.
Anthropomorphous thoughts aside, I tried looking into some VOIP services Reviews. Not that I’ll probably use it. But hey, skype and ym are considered as VOIP also right? The phone and broadband packages like what Globe offers is a kind of VOIP technology also. Spectrotel offers high speed local and long distance phone and internet services.
